Muratec is showcasing its automatic winder, Process Coner ll QPRO and vortex spinning machine, vortex spinning machine, vortex lll 870.
The company, said it strikes a balance between high quality and high productivity, offering superior energy saving performance which can respond to electrical power shortages.
The process Coner ll QPRO is faster, with improved energy efficiency in the winding process, while maintaning high yarn quality, according to Muratec.
Muratec is also demonstrating the Vortex lll 870, incorporating the spinning knowledge it has accumulated since the debut of the vortex line. This is its third generation Vortex spining machine, which handles roving, spinning and winding in a single machine.
The unique yarn structure created by vortex spinning continues to find new applications. Vortex lll 870 is user-friendly, offers enhanced reliability in high-speed spinning and also delivers additional energy savings, said Muratec.
During the exhibition it will run a sample corner featuring the latest vortex samples.
Muratec's new model twister for industrial yarn is also on display. No. 3M6 responds flexibly to market needs with a versatile design that allows it to be used as either a cable twister or two-for one twister. These twisters are said to provide the speed and flexibility to respond to product development demands in any field concering industrial fibres.
Muratec first began exporting to India in 1991. in 2007 it established Murata Machinery India Private Ltd as a wholly owned subsidiary. Employing highly skilled personnel at its offices in New Delhi, Mumbai and Coimbatore, it said it is working to provide even faster, high quality support to customers.
